Policy Fellow, Quantum Ecosystems & Technology Council of India
Incoming DPhil, University of Oxford, Department of Computer Science (Oct 2026)

I’m a quantum engineer by training who likes working in the translation layer - in the space between the physics and the people who fund, govern, and deploy it. I studied quantum science and engineering, but I spend much of my time helping stakeholders in policy, governance, business, and civil society make sense of what quantum can and cannot do. I started cataloguing use cases in early 2025 while I was still an MSc student at TU Delft, as an exercise in examining what quantum can and cannot do.
